Life Story books are the ultimate feel-good project- whether you are working on your story or helping someone else capture theirs. They help connect people, foster understanding and sometimes even challenge assumptions.

Studies have also shown that they serve a therapeutic purpose and are a great investment in future person-centered care. Life Story books can be a life raft to preserve precious memories, a communication tool to share with carers, or a bucket list to help realise hopes and dreams.

We offer Life Story training packages for carers, and work with charities as part of our commitment to improving person-centred care. We’ve worked with Sage House Dementia Support, and Age UK Surrey as part of our pledge to share the benefits of Life Story Work for all. If you’d like help and support becoming a volunteer Life Story writer, then please do get in touch.

For those people who want to celebrate special birthdays or anniversaries, we also offer Life Story Gift Packages.  We can help with DIY projects, tailored support and a bespoke Life Story service to suit a variety of budgets.

Our DIY guide provides templates and tips so that you can do this in-person or online. Helping someone write their book is a great excuse to spend meaningful time with a loved one.  These are fun and rewarding projects and a brilliant way of preserving valuable family history for generations to come.

Alternatively, our bespoke 1-1 services are ideal if you're worried that you don't have enough time, money, creativity or technical know- how. We provide a 1-1 service in Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex and we take care of everything- the interviews, writing, editing, design and printing.

If you aren’t sure which option best suits your needs, please to feel free to call for a chat.
